YouthLeader offers a dynamic program designed to prepare high school age students for effective peer ministry. Our focus on leadership principles and skills, combined with discipleship formation, creates a transformative learning experience for youth and their accompanying adults. 1. Five-Day YouthLeader Discipleship Training

The comprehensive Five-Day Discipleship Training provides an immersive learning and prayer experience for youth and their mentors. Through proven discipleship building sessions, community prayer services, and leadership skill practice, participants will develop a deep understanding of their call to leadership and discipleship. This program, suitable for a summer retreat or spring break mission, accommodates up to 150 participants. The sponsorship fee is $6,200, with a materials fee of $15 per participant, including the YouthLeader Participant Journal and other resources.

2. Two-Day YouthLeader Weekend Encounter

Ideal for a retreat experience, the Weekend Encounter engages youth and mentors in a prayerful exploration of Christian discipleship. Participants will reflect on leadership principles and values, discover the benefits of proactive leadership, and discern their God-given gifts for community leadership. The Weekend Encounter is limited to 150 participants and is available in two possible formats. The sponsorship fee is $3,000, with a materials fee of $5 per participant, which includes the YouthLeader Participant Journal and other resources.

3. One-Day YouthLeader Encounter Workshop

Presented as a day-long format, the Encounter Workshop offers two discipleship building sessions and two community prayer experiences. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to gather your adult and youth leadership teams, and even parents of young people, for a day of learning and faith sharing. The Encounter Workshop has no registration limits and costs $1,200 for sponsorship.

All YouthLeader formats can be offered year-round at your parish/school or an off-site location. You can choose the format that best fits your schedule and needs.
